🐶Dog Ring Questions!

  • What materials do you use?
Each one of our rings are made from High Quality Sterling Silver. We only use the finest material for our rings to make sure that you receive only the highest quality product.
  • How do you engrave the name into the ring?
We use a deep engraving to add your doggos name into the bone of your ring, which is also darkened to ensure it is easy to read. We dedicate time and love into each ring and want you to enjoy wearing it as much as we do making it. That is why each ring is personally engraved by us to make sure that you have the highest quality ring!
  • How do I choose the right size?
Our rings use standard sizing, so if you know your ring size you can be confident you’ll get the perfect fit! We also have a sizing chart for your convenience, and if you are still concerned about getting the correct size, most jewelry stores or jewelry counters in convenience stores will size you for free.
  • Why do you allow only 8 letters?
We want to make sure your message is perfect and if we try to squeeze any more letters in, it will not look as good. In order to make sure you get an awesome product, we want to limit the number of characters to make sure that we do not compromise the quality.

  • How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to your order. You may also visit our website at any time and click on our Order Status page to find the real-time update of your shipment.

If you did not receive the order tracking number or did not find any updates under our Order Status page after 2 weeks, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to investigate.

  • When can I expect to receive my order?

Due to the personalized nature of our products, please allow 2-3 weeks for processing and shipping.

We ship all domestic orders via USPS, and tracking is available for all orders.

  • Where do we ship your Mubuy from?
All of our orders are shipped from the US! We work with local engravers to create jobs right here in the USA
  • Do you ship Internationally?
Yes we do! All of our Necklaces will ship internationally
  • Is my personal information secure on your website?
Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.
  • How do I order on your website?
Simply find the product you'd want and click the 'Buy Now' button. Fill in your shipping and billing information and we'll have your order shipped to you as soon as possible!
  • Do you provide a quality guarantee for all the products being sold?
Absolutely! If you are not satisfied with the quality or find damages to the product, you can contact us and we do all we can to make things right!
  • Can I make changes or cancel my order?
We are always here to help you with any changes or cancelations you may need for your order. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.

While we cannot guarantee that we can make changes or cancel after production begins, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any adjustments.
