1. How long will it take to receive my order?

On average, it takes 24 hours for order to get process and any other 4-6 business days to receive your order. But if you order the cosplay cosumes or wedding dresses, it need about one week to tailor it. So the max time for you get your pockage is about 15day after you make payment. Please be patient. Please note that business days do not include Saturday, Sunday, and regulatory holidays.

2. Where are the products being shipped from?

Our products are shipped directly from factory outside of united states.

3. What are the available shipping methods?

Mubuy offers regular air mail post and registered airmail post shipping methods for free if your order is over usd200. For larger or urgent orders, customers are welcome to choose EMS Express for faster delivery of products for a nominal upgrade fee to cover cost. The EMS upgrade option and fee information are available via a selection box on the shopping cart page before you checkout. All the EMS fee quoted on the checkout page are base on Unite State standard, if the EMS service in your countries (such as Brazil, Russia) cost more and additional EMS fee are needed. We will contact you directly for the payment required.

We automatically upgrade larger orders to EMS Express for faster delivery. You may check the shipping option in your shopping cart for the words "EMS: free upgrade".

For countries not served by EMS, Registed Airmail Service will be used instead. In such situation, EMS fee paid will be refunded.

4. Can I add an item to my order?

Yes, but you need to add it before your order is being packaged for shipment, and the order may be delayed by 1 or 2 days for adding the new items. To add an item to your order after placing an order, send us e-mail and we will do it for you.

5. What if I do not receive my package?

If you didn't receive your package within a month, please inform us of your order information, such as tracking number, order number, email address, and so on. After finding out the reasons, we will deal with it according to the related policies. If it is caused by our or logistic company's fault indeed, we would offer you a full refund or resend the package for free. If it is because of the factors of the transportation or custom house (detained or returned), and you want a resend, the resend postage should be paid by you. If you would like a refund, the postage we send the package should be deducted from the refund. If it is because of the factors of unclaimed or other factors caused by you, the condition is also the same as above. Here we also recommend you of choosing registered mail when you want to ensure the package won't be lost.

Can I pay with my credit card?

Sorry, we can not accept credit card directly. If you want to paid with master card, etc please register with paypal and send from to my paypal account, and pass the payment, so i can receive the payment and send out the goods.

7. How much is shipping?

Different country, different price. Most of country shipping cost is usd15. (For some special country, please e-mail us where you are from. I will offer you the shipping cost.)

8. Will I receive the product which the same to wite pictures?

Yes, although the product may vary slightly from the photo.

11. How do I return an item?

Please email us with the problems and photos of our products. Customer is responsible for shipping charges back to our facilities in an event of a return or an exchange.

12. Why the products we ordered that is not in stock?

Once order is paid we send your order to the warehouse to get process. If your products are not in stock, warehouse will notify us and we will send you an email to replace or refund your order. It is very difficult to know exactly what is in stock because of our products inventory change every hour. In the store once you buy a product the inventory count change by itself once you take something off the shelf. But website it is hard to change stock or not stock every few hours.
