But if you order the cosplay cosumes or wedding dresses, it need about one week to tailor it. So the max time for you get your pockage is about 15day after you make payment. Please be patient. 3. What are the available shipping methods?
Mubuy offers regular air mail post and registered airmail post shipping methods for free if your order is over usd200. For larger or urgent orders, customers are welcome to choose EMS Express for faster delivery of products for a nominal upgrade fee to cover cost. Once order is paid we send your order to the warehouse to get process. If your products are not in stock, warehouse will notify us and we will send you an email to replace or refund your order. It is very difficult to know exactly what is in stock because of our products inventory change every hour. In the store once you buy a product the inventory count change by itself once you take something off the shelf. But website it is hard to change stock or not stock every few hours.
